PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING.

DEPOSITS
We require a 30% deposit to secure any bookings & ensure your appointment is confirmed.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment.
Change made within 48 hours will be charged 30% of the appointment value. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50%.

NO SHOWS

Missed appointments will be charged at the full appointment value.
